Do I Need An Account To Order
No. To place an order you simply need to have access to a debit/credit card and make your purchase via PayPal.

Caring For Your Shirt
Our custom shirts are designed using primarily 2 standards, Screen Printing and Digtial Printing. Regardless of the technique you can extend the life of your t-shirt by:
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water and similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry
Do Not: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
If we're speaking candidly, who doesn't want to use multiple coupons on an order?! Everyone does! Though, it's with great sadness that we report that unfortunately, using multiple coupons on an order is not possible.


I'm trying to take advantage of an awesome promotion, but it's not working!
In most cases, this is because there's already an active coupon in your cart! We like really tech-like things here in that we program all of our promotions to trigger and activate when your cart meets a specific criteria (for more info on coupon codes and promotions, you can visit our FAQ on Coupon Codes)! 
 
If your cart has an active discount, then sadly using another wouldn't work.​
How To Redeem A Discount
We don’t actually use coupon codes. Our coupons activate when you click on a link, and that's it. No extra work for you. Once the link is clicked, the coupon will automatically be applied at checkout. You'll see a banner at the top of the page announcing your discount, that's how you know it's working! If it didn't appear, go back to the email or source of the discount, and click the provided link again.
 
Only one coupon may be used per purchase. If you click on one discount link, and then click a different one before checking out, the last clicked discount will be the one applied to your order.
 
Please note that we aren’t always affiliated with external websites that claim to have coupons for our website.
REFUNDS
Refund Processing Time
As luck would have it, there's a very easy way tell if your refund has been processed! The secret lies in the place you've once frequented to return. If you're not one with riddles, then allow us to break it down for you: all you have to do is visit the return center, enter your order number of the order you've returned, and the email address. After you've entered the important pieces of information, look for "Status", which will display your return's current stage, much like the image below:
If you've purchased something from us outside of these months, then you're in luck (and you must love costumes as much as we do)! During these months, the refunds will generally be credited back to the account within 1-2 weeks of arriving at our facility. 
 If you've purchased something from us between early September through December, and you’re looking to return it, we'll ask in advance for your patience! We get more returns during that period than the rest of the year combined, so it will take some extra time. Once the return is received in our facility, it generally takes 2-4 weeks for the refund to post back into the account the order was placed under.
NOTE: If it’s been two full billing cycles since the return arrived in our facility, we would ask that you contact us, keeping in mind that we may ask you to contact your financial institution to verify refund status first.
Can I Refund A Digital Download (Music)
Refund Shipping Costs
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping to receive the order as well as shipping them back. Of course, there are instances where there’s an issue with the order or the items and we will cover return shipping expenses.  In these cases, we ask that you contact Customer Service who will take care of all that for you.

Is My Transaction Secure
The store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Besides that, we have a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate which is the web standard for security. This happens when the web idea turns to "HTTPS:" you can ensure that you're info is safe.

Do  I Need A PayPal Account To Purchase From This Website?
No, you are not required to have a Paypal account in order to make purchases. There is an option to use debit or credit cards without PayPal account during the checkout process.
Is There A Way To Purchase Items With Cash
Certain items can be purchased with cash. It is soley up to the discretion of the Vendor and their particular policy. Contact Us or the Vendor directly to verify what items are available.

At this moment, NO. 
What Are Your Shipping Options?
When available, items are sent first class(Priority Mail) delivery from the USPS. Please note, we are NOT responsible for missing (lost or stolen) deliveries. You can, however, purchase insurance from the main menu and add it to your cart. This will then be added to the standard delivery charge. A signature will be required upon receipt of goods and a tracking number will be available with this option. 
When Will I Receive My Order?
Items that are in stock, are shipped withing 48 hours of purchase.
Items that are NOT in stock are are recieved on average 5-10 business days after succesful payment. We Strive Hard To Get Your Item To You ASAP, and Will Do Everything In Our Power To DO So!!!
rders placed during the weekend will not be fulfilled until the following Monday. Items are not shipped on Holidays. Items are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Delivery to the Camden, NJ area is available Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays during morning or evening hours.  

International Airmail" 10-18 working days (depending on the destination and customs processing).

What is your return policy?
Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction. However, we will accept any returns on any item withing 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and include a copy of the original packing slip, that came with your original purchase. Unless a product is defective or not as advertised, we WILL NOT PAY RETURN POSTAGE COSTS, and will not refund you the original postage costs. With this in mind, please check the sizing guide before ordering. *Please note: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on sale items so please choose with this in mind.
